An ensemble of actors and character animation came together to give Kaiser Permanente the creative twist they were looking for to
launch a major customer service awareness campaign for their employees. By integrating spoofs of TV spy adventures with Saturday morning
cartoons in the context of everyday Kaiser Permanente scenarios, we delivered the desired content in a manner that was humorous and compelling.
Originally intended to be used solely within the Colorado region, the video was distributed among Kaiser Permanente regions across the nation.
